4-in-1 Water Taps

A 4-in-1 water tap dispenses four types of water from one tap: near-boiling water for hot drinks, chilled water, sparkling water and ambient (room temperature) water. This is different from a standard kitchen mixer tap, which simply blends hot and cold water from the mains – a 4-in-1 tap provides filtered, temperature-controlled water.

The main difference is sparkling water. The T3 Black is a 4-in-1 tap, dispensing boiling, chilled, ambient and sparkling water. Whereas the T3 Standard (Steel) is a 3-in-1 tap, offering boiling, chilled and ambient water, but no sparkling option.

Hot water is dispensed at between 92°C and 98°C depending on the model – hot enough for teas, coffees and instant meals. Chilled water is served at around 2°C, sparkling water is served cold, and ambient water ouputs at room temperature. It is suggested to check the product specifications for the tap you’re considering.
