Very happy with the response time on a repair, Had a Zip tap installed about 6 months ago and I reported a fault and within 2 days they had been out, reported the fault and replaced the tap with a new one which has been great since it was installed. Got a 2nd one being fitted next week! Awesome service!

Can’t fault Aquacool so far; we needed water machines for both of our meeting rooms and one for our commercial office, the initial scoping process was hassle free and the new bottles seem to always arrive on time.
